Components & Supply
Yes. We ship across Southern Africa via DHL and EMS Speedpost from Harare. In-stock items in Zimbabwe ship same-day; SADC delivery is typically 3-5 working days. Customs duty and import VAT are charged at destination — we will provide an invoice valued for customs.
Yes. We are the authorised Zimbabwean distributor for Waveshare and an authorised reseller for DFRobot and OrangePi. Hardware comes through the official supply chain with full manufacturer warranty. Items not in stock can be brought in on a 2-3 week consolidated shipment.
PCB Fabrication
Standard 2-layer PCBs ordered in batches: 10-14 working days from gerber upload. 4-layer or impedance-controlled boards: 14-21 working days. Assembly (SMT or through-hole): add 5-7 working days. We consolidate orders monthly, so getting your gerbers to us by the 20th of the month means delivery by mid-next-month at the latest.
Yes — that is exactly what our R&D and PCB teams are for. A typical engagement starts with a paid discovery session (2-3 hours) to scope the problem, followed by a fixed-price design phase, prototype, and small-volume manufacturing. We have done this end-to-end for medical devices (Meddes CPAP, Brün fetal monitor) and industrial automation (Lafarge pump controller).
Power & Solar
Absolutely. We provide free site surveys for installations within Harare (small fee outside Harare). The survey covers roof orientation, shading, daily load profile, and budget. We then send a sized proposal with PV array, battery, inverter, and balance-of-system spec. Orders & Payment
For installations over USD 5,000 (typical solar, large CCTV, or full house wiring) we can structure 50/30/20 staged payments: 50% deposit, 30% on equipment delivery, 20% on commissioning. For institutional clients we accept 30-day payment terms against a verified purchase order.
On the online shop: ZIPIT, EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks, and Visa / Mastercard via Paynow. For B2B and larger orders we accept direct USD nostro transfer or RTGS against a pro-forma invoice. Walk-in cash payments are accepted at HQ by prior arrangement. All sales are fiscalised through ZIMRA.
