A Southern Africa engineering platform.
BlitzTech Electronics (Private) Limited is a Southern Africa-based electronics, robotics, IoT, water-systems, clean-energy and R&D firm founded on 27 July 2017. From our Harare headquarters we design, manufacture and support engineered systems for clients across the SADC and MENA regions, with signed partnerships spanning Zimbabwe, the DRC, South Africa, the UAE, Germany, China and the United States.
Beyond products. Beyond services. A future built on African soil.
To build a self-sufficient Africa, powered by technology built on African soil.
What gets us out of bed at 5am.
To engineer the systems Africa needs, and develop the engineers Africa deserves.
How we work, every day
Five principles that hold our team to the same standard we expect from our components.
Resilience
We were born in a market defined by import barriers, power instability, and currency turbulence, but we built anyway. We do not wait for perfect conditions; we engineer around constraints, because the communities and businesses that depend on our systems cannot afford to wait either.
Customer Commitment
Every system we build starts with a conversation, not a catalogue. We consult before we quote, we design around the need at hand, and we support what we deliver around the clock, because a locally built system is only as good as the local team standing behind it.
Professionalism
We hold ourselves to the same standard we expect from our components: tested, precise, and reliable under pressure. Our engineers are formally trained, our processes are documented, and our deliverables are built to endure, because African-engineered must mean world-class, every time.
Integrity
We sell what works, not what margins favour. We quality-test every component we stock, we are transparent about what we can and cannot deliver, and we treat every client, from a university student buying a single Arduino to the enterprise deploying a full security system, with the same honesty.
Innovation
We do not import solutions and rebrand them. We study the problem, design the system, fabricate the board, write the code, and put it in the hands of the people who need it. From Zimbabwe's first smart weather station to locally designed ventilators and surveillance drones, we prove that the next breakthrough in African technology can come from African soil.
From a Harare workshop to a regional firm.
BlitzTech Electronics was founded on 27 July 2017 in Harare, Zimbabwe, to close the gap between Zimbabwean engineers, makers and students and the components and systems they need.
Over nine years we have grown to serve over 200 clients across Zimbabwe, Southern Africa, the United States and India, and have delivered more than 500 projects spanning consumer electronics, industrial automation, medical devices, drones, solar power, security systems and R&D engagements.
